It can take up to seven working days from the day you dropped your return at the Post Office for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
- For refunds, you'll get an automated refund confirmation as soon as we process your refund. Any refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
- For exchanges, we'll send you a new (free) order confirmation email when your exchange has been processed. If we're unable to process your exchange for any reason, we'll refund you and email to let you know.
If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.
